Hi, I’m Joanna Harding-Duggan, an ADHD and Wellness Coach. I help professionals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in cycles of procrastination, disorganization, or self-doubt—often related to challenges with task initiation, attention, memory, or emotional regulation. My mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their strengths and build sustainable change through personalized coaching.
With specialized training in both ADHD and wellness coaching, I combine a compassionate, evidence-based approach with expertise in the science of behavior change.
